Attorney Di Carlo was honored to be asked to be an advisor for the Department of Urban Studies and Planning at MIT's thesis program. 

Noel worked closely with Professor Lawrence Susskind, one of the founders of the field of public dispute mediation, in advising City Planning Candidate Alexandra Kahveci in her thesis. 

Alexandra presented a strong and well researched defense of her thesis, earning her a recommendation for a high grade. 

Alexandra presented her recommendations for promoting Alternative Dispute Resolutions in the Massachusetts Land Court.
